Monitor and optimize daily production to ensure that the reservoir and wells are performing as expected. Investigate and resolve any anomalies.
Identify opportunities to improve production through well interventions or other means. Work with other groups to justify and implement opportunities.
Provide quality input to well operations group on all aspects of well completion design.
Develop and maintain a well management strategy for all wells.
Develop programs to monitor reservoir performance to provide information to help identify business opportunities and reduce risk.

Prepare weekly production forecasts (P&I plan)
Maintain a comprehensive, accessible, up-to-date record of all well data.
Maintain a database of production and injection volumes of all reservoir fluids. Ensure that produced and injected fluids are properly allocated to individual wells and zones.
