Senior HSEQ Coordinator for Operator Company

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a compliance to HSE regulations and Internal requirements
  • Coordinate input and suggestions of improvement of other disciplines work processes and procedures ensure alignment, quality and a comprehensive BMS
  • Ensure risk process structure and professional support to risk assessments in assets, operation, and projects. 
  • Advise on systematics on barrier management as needed
  • Advise on Risk methodology (e.g. Bow-tie/HAZID HAZOP/ALARP assessments)
  • Support implantation to the common procedures (MoC, reviews non- conformity and incident handling)
  • Support implementation of learnings and ensure lessons learned processes
  • Assist and support organisation in HSE matters
  • Assist in development of HSEQ relevant Governing document
  • Provide analyses and report of HSE data
  • Coordinate support to/from HSE system vendors
  • Coordinate and collect HSE report
  • Participate and report status in the project meetings
  • Prepare HSE statistics to periodical reports
  • Other tasks within HSE area

Technical and personal skills

  • MSc or other relevant education within risk and/or HSE Management
  • Preferable 5+ years of relevant HSEQ experience
  • Analytic and theoretical background within risk and/or HSE Management
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English written and oral
