Lead Planner for Operator Company

Responsibilities

  • Planning Lead in Project Management Team
  • Develop and maintain plans and schedules for the project
  • Participate in Risk Management and Change Management
  • Participate in Schedule Risk Analyses
  • Maintain procedures and systems for Project Planning and Scheduling
  • Schedule and progress input to monthly reporting
  • On a regular basis, review and validate contractor / vendor schedules
  • Close collaboration with Project Manager, Project Control Engineer, Contracts/Procurement staff, Engineering disciplines and Quality Management
  • Own Company procedures and systems for project planning and scheduling
  • Schedules, Schedule and progress input to monthly reports, Schedule updates, Schedule forecasts, progress status and forecast, schedule and progress gap analysis, schedule evaluation of changes

Technical and personal skills

  • Experience in development and maintenance of integrated field development schedules, including D&W, SPS, SURF & FPSO
  • Primavera and MS Projects
