LCI Coordinator for Operator Company
Responsibilities
- Responsible for LCI activities in the project
- Responsible of LCI plans, LCI quality control and LCI handover on projects
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry and company specifications
- Drive adoption of specifications, processes and ways of working towards area of responsibility
- Responsible of the adoption of Company strategy and practices
Technical and personal skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering. However, extensive LCI experience may replace formal education
- Minimum 5 years of experience within LCI
- Extensive understanding of LCI related processes, requirements, and systems
- Extensive experience with LCI and engineering systems/tools (Aveva or similar)
- Experience from Oil&Gas Operator
- Experience working in multidiscipline teams and handling interfaces
- Experience in digitalizing LCI processes
- Fluent Norwegian and English proficiency
- Have good interpersonal communication- and influencing skills
- Team player with a “One Team” behaviour, proactively seeking advice and sharing knowledge
- Self-starter with a strong delivery focus, structured and systematic
- Drive to deliver on an “always improving” mindset, including new working methods and digital tools
- Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
