Document Controller for Operator Company



  • Ensure Documentation received from Contractors and Suppliers is handled in an accurate and timely manner to ensure no unnecessary delays within the project.
  • Verification of received Documentation to ensure compliance with Numbering system and Project requirements for approvals and use of templates
  • Create Workflows in the EDMS Meridian to the Project team
  • Track and monitor Workflows and issue overdue reporting to expedite late and overdue reviews
  • Assisting with data loading to Meridian 
  • Provide support to the team where required and in locating brownfield documentation

Technical and personal skills

  • Comprehensive/High school diploma
  • 4 – 5 years experience
  • Local candidates will be preferred
