Document Controller for Operator Company

 

Responsibilities

  • Move personnel files from old document management system to SuccessFactors
  • Categorize and clean-up of documents
  • Perform test upload and verification of personnel documents to new system
  • Perform verification of personnel files in new system

Technical and personal skills

  • Experience from the Oil & Gas industry, and knowledge of the E&P business is preferable
    • Good system knowledge
    • Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
    • Sharepoint / Teams
    • Preferably knowledge to SuccessFactors but not required
  • Experience as a document controller or similar role
  • Accurate, structured, and able to work independently when needed
  • Good knowledge with GDPR Requirements
  • Basic HR Knowledge is an advantage but not required
