Document Controller for Operator Company
- Move personnel files from old document management system to SuccessFactors
- Categorize and clean-up of documents
- Perform test upload and verification of personnel documents to new system
- Perform verification of personnel files in new system
Technical and personal skills
- Experience from the Oil & Gas industry, and knowledge of the E&P business is preferable
- Good system knowledge
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
- Sharepoint / Teams
- Preferably knowledge to SuccessFactors but not required
- Experience as a document controller or similar role
- Accurate, structured, and able to work independently when needed
- Good knowledge with GDPR Requirements
- Basic HR Knowledge is an advantage but not required
