Document Controller for Operator Company
Responsibilities
- Ensure Documentation received from Contractors and Suppliers is handled in an accurate and timely manner to ensure no unnecessary delays within the project.
- Verification of received Documentation to ensure compliance with Numbering system and Project requirements for approvals and use of templates
- Create Workflows in the EDMS Meridian to the Project team
- Track and monitor Workflows and issue overdue reporting to expedite late and overdue reviews
- Assisting with data loading to Meridian
- Provide support to the team where required and in locating brownfield documentation
Technical and personal skills
- Comprehensive/High school diploma
- 4 – 5 years experience
- Local candidates will be preferred
