Finance Manager – Long term position

Responsibilities

  • Business partner with General Manager to support growth initiatives, planning, capital spending and support on every day finance requirements
  • Forecasting order intake, sales, recoveries and OPEX, understanding variances and explaining to both General Manager and Head Of Finance
  • Weekly cash flow forecasting
  • Reviewing internal controls of the business to ensure the controls are mitigating risk and are robust
  • Co-ordinating finance activities with the business to ensure objectives cascaded down are embedded into the business
  • Month end reporting responsibilities in SAP and SURE
  • VAT and tax reporting
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Weekly sales tracker update and bridging movements in jobs and impact on order relate gross profit
  • Annual budgeting including full profit and loss, balance sheet, order intake, ONCD, CAPEX, headcount and growth plans
  • Day to day activities such as sales invoicing, allocating supplier cash, intercompany netting, credit control and other ad hoc responsibilities
  • Managing projects from Head of Finance and General Manager

Technical and personal skills

  • Authorized accountant or higher financial education, minimum bachelor
  • Relevant experience, minimum 3-5 years. IFRS – experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience with the ERP system SAP preferred but not essential
