Responsibilities

  • Utilise modern communication methods (including digital channels, video, enterprise social media and creativity) 
  • Advises on internal communications to help decide what should be communicated
  • Produce written content for internal communication
  • Update company presentation, archive
  • Day-to-day communication support to business partners across the company
  • Organising internal events
  • Administrative support

Technical and personal skills

  • Relevant higher university
  • Experience working in journalism, PR and/or corporate
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry 
  • Proficiency in internal communication methods
  • Good journalistic writing skills
  • Knowledge in Content Management Systems (CMS), photo and video editing tools
  • Norwegian and English language, oral and written
  • Track record of success in managing internal communications
  • Knowledge of trends and best practice in the market-place and experience of innovation and new technologies
