Highly qualified technical personnel
for the oil- and
gas industry

It is all about understanding the client’s requirements in due time and to offer the right competence

BjellCon was established in 2009 and has since then been established as a strong participant in the oil- and gas industry, providing highly qualified technical personnel. We are an approved supplier in the supplier system.

The right match

Trust, commitment, reliability and prosperity are key factors for the way we work and build relations. We know our consultants, their wishes, strengths and weaknesses. Finding a candidate with the right formal qualifications is just half the job. It is important to us that the client receives a sociable person with the ability to comprehend the task at hand. We are equally concerned that the consultant is being offered a role where he or she will function well and thrive.

High quality standards

A consultant from BjellCon has considerable experience, is highly competent and has an ability to quickly find his or her place with the client. We have equally high demands towards ourselves and our consultants and it is fundamental that we know both the candidate and the client. We are successful negotiators, which will benefit both parties.

It is all about building good relations

After many years in the consultant business, both as a customer, mediator and consultant, Marianne Bjelland established BjellCon in 2009. The company has evolved into being a reliable participant within the oil- and gas industry and is currently delivering highly qualified technical personnel to numerous areas in this line of business.

Strong and energetic

BjellCon has had a healthy economy and good financial results from the beginning. The company has been on the list of Rogaland’s “Gasellebedrifter” for several years, which is a definitive sign of expansion and development.

Despite considerable growth, BjellCon has kept the easy-going style, vigorousness and local connection. This is of great importance for the company to continue while moving forward.

Judges of character

Delivering on a technical level is a matter of course. But BjellCon delivers more. Trust, commitment, reliability and prosperity characterizes not only the company, but also the consultants. The ability to listen is a key feature, not only in the company but also amongst the consultants.

The same applies to creating an atmosphere of well-being, job satisfaction and enjoying the time at work. We pride ourselves in supplying honest, pleasant and competent people.
